Israel-based lighting company, Spiffy Gear has announced that they have been acquired by Tether Tools parent company, Imaging Brands. This sees Spiffy Gear teaming up with brands like the aforementioned Tether Tools, Frio – also acquired just last year – and the Smart Shooter tethering software. Imaging Brands says that “the Spiffy Gear acquisition is part of Imaging Brands’ strategic growth plants for the professional photo and video markets” and that Spiffy Gear’s team and product line will help them keep their commitment to “improving the experience of image creation for professionals and enthusiasts”....
