Hasselblad Just Announced The H6D 400C A 400 Megapixel Medium Format Monster

Hasselblad have just announced the new H6D-400c. A 400MP monster of a camera, but there’s a catch. All is not quite as it initially appears. Yes, it can produce 400MP images, but it’s not a 400MP sensor. It’s still a 100MP sensor, but it uses pixel shifting, taking multiple shots to form a single higher resolution image. Six shots this case. As well as this, the H6D-400c offers a four-shot multishot mode which allows the camera to record full red, green and blue values from every pixel....

Here Are All Of The Popular Godox Portable Strobes Compared For Size

Since posting my AD400 Pro review a few days ago, I’ve had a lot of people asking me how it compares to other lights. Most notably the AD200 and a pair of AD200s with the AD-B2 head. They want to know how the power, recycle times and other features compare, but they also want to know how the size compares for storage and travel. I have a second AD200 and the AD-B2 head on the way to me now so I can test how the power and features compare....

Here Is The Gorgeous Footage Of Lava That Caused A Drone To Melt

Earlier this month, DIYP featured some of the most beautiful lava shots I’ve ever seen. But there was a price to pay for these photos: photographer Erez Marom melted his drone. Here Is When You Should Use Filters Instead Of Photoshop

As a landscape photographer, I find it both a convenience and an inconvenience to use filters. For example, using filters for balancing light in a scene, eliminates the need for bracketed shooting. This saves space on my memory card and on my hard drive. On the other hand, sometimes things happen so fast that mounting filters spoils the moment. There are also instances when using a filter to smooth the water in a waterfall will save me from blending exposures in Photoshop....

Here S How I Made My Own Custom Diy Battery Charging Station

I was, as I’m sure a lot of you are, utterly sick of endless chargers and cables. A mess of wires that always seem to get tangled and it always ends up looking like Medusa on a bad hair day. I’ve tried various things over the years, I’ve tried to hide them in drawers, Velcro ing them to the wall or under a desk, it has always ended up in the same mess....

How Not To Give A Fudge What Others Think Of Your Photography

I’m the first to admit that in the past, I gave far too many fudge ice cream cones what others thought of me, my photography, and my art.Advertisements 1. Why do we care so much? First of all, why do we care so much of what others think of us? As human beings, we all have a desire to be loved. To be appreciated. How Shoot Stunning And Creative Pinhole Photography In Your Own Back Yard

Pinhole photography is a strange aspect of photography. On the one hand, it’s used to teach people about the bare basic principles of light and photography and building one can be a fun weekend project with the kids. But on the other, it’s also a whole craft and art form in and of itself that can be taken to quite some extreme measures and produce amazing imagery. One such photographer who definitely seems to have mastered pinhole photography as a craft and an art form is fine art and landscape photographer Martin Henson, who in this video takes us on a journey creating a seemingly simple image with a fantastic end result....

How The Dji Spark With The Official Controller Competes With The Dji Mavic Pro

We’ve seen a couple of videos now comparing the DJI Spark, but only using a phone as the controller. This means it has pretty limited range, and the handling isn’t that great. Not surprisingly, Casey Neistat is one of the first to get his hands on the Spark controller....
