Leica has officially announced TL2, a APS-C mirrorless camera with 24MP sensor. It’s a small, yet durable and powerful camera, created from a single block of aluminum. It shoots 20fps with an electronic shutter, as well as UHD 4K video at 30fps. With the ISO 50,000, the camera has excellent low light capabilities as well. Leica TL2 contains a 24.2MP APS-C CMOS sensor. Paired with Leica’s Maestro II processor, it provides sharp and clear images even at high ISO. And while we’re at the ISO value, it ranges between 100 and 50,000 providing you clear and sharp images even in low light conditions.

The focusing system is contrast-detect AF system, with 49 points. It’s been improved to be faster and more accurate, to give you well-focused photos even in burst mode. You can shoot at 20 fps shooting speed with electronic shutter, but it also boasts a maximum shutter speed of 1/40,000 second. With the mechanical shutter, you can shoot at 7 fps and a max shutter speed of 1/4000 second. When it comes to shooting video, Leica TL2 is capable of shooting UHD 4K at 30 fps. It can also record full HD with a max frame rate of 60 fps and HD, which can do slow motion at 120 fps. Additionally, this camera comes with built-in Wi-Fi connectivity and a 3.7″ LCD monitor.
