Google Will Soon Add Author Credits To Images

After removing the “View Image”, Google is now adding another change to the image search in an attempt to protect creators’ copyright. Starting today, Google will start adding Creator and Credit metadata within the images that appear via Image Search. And in the following weeks, the Copyright Notice will appear with alongside images as well. As explained on Google Blog (and we can all agree), “it’s traditionally been difficult to know the creator of images on the web, as well as who might own the rights....

Gopro S Hero5 Has A Touch Screen Built In Waterproofing And Voice Control

GoPro just announced their new line of cameras (along with the Karma drone) and frankly I am not that excited. The new line from GoPro is called Hero5 (no big surprises there) and it features only two cameras: a more advanced GoPro Hero5 Black and a smaller GoPro Hero5 session. That, I think, is a good sign that GoPro are getting some of their focus back and not spreading too thin on their camera range....

Gopro To Relaunch The Karma Drone Later This Year

For a drone surrounded in so much controversy, you think they’d rename it the GoPro Drama. GoPro even got to the point where they were giving away free GoPro Hero5 Black action cameras to Karma owners to convince them to return them. GoPro have now issued a press release, though, that the Karma is set to be re-released at some point during 2017....

Here S How To Use Focus Stacking To Shoot Landscapes With Complete Front To Back Sharpness

One of the biggest issues with landscape photography is ensuring that you have enough depth of field to cover the entire front-to-back distance of the scene you want to capture. With some lenses, sure, if your nearest subject is at least a certain distance away, and your aperture’s small enough, you can get pretty close. But the only way to really ensure complete front-to-back sharpness is with focus stacking. It’s a technique that’s more commonly associated with macro, where you often have a paper-thin depth of field....
