NeNe Leakes, former star of Real Housewives of Atlanta, was recently sued over photos she reportedly never paid for. The owner of Photography By Ace, LLC worked with NeNe and took photos for her business. The star allegedly failed to pay a total of $1,000, and the photographer eventually decided to sue.
Radar Online obtained the court documents, which claim that Photography By Ace worked for NeNe and her club. The photographer attached two $500 invoices addressed to NeNe. The first invoice was for the work done on 30 and 31 October 2021 for a brunch and a Falcons Halloween party. The second one was for the work done on 12 and 13 November the same year.
The photographer said that she contacted NeNe several times via email, requesting payment for her services. She claims that NeNe has been refusing payment and “no longer is communicating on this matter.” The photographer continues that NeNe claimed that she’s never worked for her, and that NeNe had never paid in for her services in the past. “I have complete invoices that show otherwise,” the photographer claims. The case was filed on 7 July 2022 and as Radar online reports. According to the same source, NeNe was served with the legal documents days later in front of her $1.8 million condo in Atlanta. For now, there is no comment from NeNe and her reps, but we’ll grab some popcorn keep you updated how the case unfolds.
