Will Sutton, well known for his wicked parkour skills, is quite possibly the only person capable of making selfie sticks cool. Using a GoPro and a selfie stick, the London-based professional free runner, created this action-filled point-of-view “selfie” video while showing off what he can do. Have a seat before watching this; Sutton’s incredible talent could make you dizzy.

“Worked on this for a little while now, experimenting with transitions within selfie free running,” Sutton wrote on YouTube about ‘Selfie Free Running 4K.

Though he makes it look effortless, that’s 10+ years of experience in action; capturing this unique footage was no easy task. “While recording I did fracture a few bones in my feet and took a few hits, but generally it wasn’t too bad,” Sutton told Business Insider. Sutton also describes himself as a filmmaker, which could explain the impressive filming and editing efforts that went into creating this video.

People often share their success and hide their failures, but Sutton shared a video on his Facebook page showing just how much it hurts when you fail at parkour. The video is a bit graphic so I didn’t include it in the post, but you can see it here. You can see more of Sutton’s videos on his website or YouTube channel. This kind of extreme footage is exactly what catapulted GoPro’s cameras to fame, but the company will need a lot more of this positive publicity for to improve its disastrous sales and for investors to drop their lawsuit. For your viewing pleasure, here are a couple of videos showing Sutton’s skills:
