If you enjoy landscape photography as much as I do, here’s a real treat for you. International Landscape Photographer of the Year (ILPOTY) has just announced its 2020 competition winners. I honestly couldn’t tell which of these photos I liked most because they’re all jaw-dropping. So sit back, relax, and scroll down to see this year’s impressive ILPOTY winners.

The contest is now in its seventh year and it has received over 3,800 entries from around the world. The overall winner of this year’s competition, based on a folio submission, is Kelvin Yuen. He is a landscape photographer based in Hong Kong.

The second place in this category was awarded to Joshua Snow from the USA, and Isabella Tabacchi from Italy won third place. The winner of this year’s ILPOTY awarded for a single image is Kai Hornung from Germany. He is a landscape photographer who has turned his passion and hobby into a side job. He makes a living as a human resources consultant in the finance industry, so he considers himself “a semi-professional photographer.” When it comes to the single image category, second place was awarded to Dipanjan Pal from India. Chance Allred from the USA won third place in this category. In addition to the portfolio and single photo awards, there are also some special awards that change each year to keep things interesting. The categories and the winners for 2020 are: The Dark & Moody Award 2020: Grant Galbraith from Australia The Amazing Aerial Award 2020: Gheorghe Popa from Romania The Snow & Ice Award 2020: Hong Jen Chiang from Taiwan The Night Sky Award 2020: Himadri Bhuyan from India The Incredible Horizon Award 2020: Evan Will from Canada If you have enjoyed these stunning landscape photos, and I’m sure you did, I have some good news: there’s more!
